Genshin Impact 3.0 new leaks suggest they come with two new artifact sets. The one set will buff CRIT DMG, and the second set will buff Dendro DMG. The first set ability is to debuffs the enemy so the player can inflict more Dendro DMG. The Second set will decrease DEF and Shield Strength. It doesn’t specify if it’s for the user’s DEF, Shield Strength, or the enemy’s.
